Dragon Boats

Spent the morning at the campground, just relaxing and enjoying nature. During the afternoon we went to the Dragon Boat Festival that Roy and Carrie were taking part in for Carrie's work. There were a lot of people there and it was pretty dang warm! The blip is of Roy and Carrie's team racing. They are in the boat in 2nd place and ended up winning their heat. After the festival the hub's and I went to an Irish Brewpub and had a couple beers and a late lunch. This was followed by a walk around the canal, some icecream with Roy, Carrie and their family and then sitting on the patio of a restaurant down in the canal park and just chatting. It was late by the time we got back, so didn't even have time to light a fire.
