Slow

An early morning blip today : this is the cover of a creative journal I made on the beautiful island of Eigg in 2007. It contains words of wisdom:
"Society needs dreamers. We need to allow ourselves the time to be lost. Follow the natural pattern of the day. If you don't take that time, life will take it from you." Christian McEwan

Christian is the one who talked about the concept of slow. She asked us to think about two things : what would you do if you had more time? What would you do if you could go more slowly?
