what am i?

On my runs thru the many parks in Edmonds I collect all sorts of things, interesting rocks, sticks and feathers! My yard is scattered with my many finds.
I found this Eaglet feather at the base of a tree in Hutt Park where a family of Eagles has lived for many years. I also found several small bones, skulls and feet from their many rodent kills but chose not to pick those up..
