This photo is tripe

I liked the simplicity of this little, hand written note on stuck on the window of a fine, honest, little butcher's shop.
Not so keen on tripe though, even if it is fresh. Err, not that I've ever had any!!
No doubt Jamie, and certainly Hugh FW, would relish some fresh tripe to cook up something special...
Was a ready meal tikka masala for me tonight, the second this week, ha...enough!
