Tumbling Plums!

My aunt's garden is littered with them! Poor tree is bent double under the weight, though they've devised a clever way of making sure only the ripest are picked. Together we stood beneath the tree holding an old bed sheet, while my uncle shook the branches using a broom handle. Down the plums tumbled (and the odd grumpy wasp) until the tree looked considerably happier. We're going to make a crumble plumble with them for our pudding on Sunday :)
