Smokey...

Having discovered one of our smoke detectors was kaput, I checked the three others to find them OK...bought a replacment which I found was smaller in diameter and would show a ring around on the ceiling white paint..so decided to take one of the larger older ones to fit in the hall then...sod's law kicked in at that point, meaning THAT one went faulty, so I had to buy ANOTHER one...so I thought SOD it..I will Blip the damned thing, in FLAMES (g)
