Aching...

My shoulders are aching today. It's fairly normal for them to hurt, what with carrying the weight of the world on them etc, but today they were sufficiently sore that I lay on the office floor and did a bit of stretching to try to ease them. There was a fair amount of cracking in my spine, so I considered it a good sign. Humphrey, the plant, looked down at me, amused I think, but it can be hard to tell with plants....
