the night skies have been incredibly clear since hurricane irene came through earlier in the week, although tonight wasn't as clear as the day after the storm. the locals said they could see more stars that night that any other night in recent memory. this is around 20 minutes of (mostly) consecutive 30 second exposures, stacked using an awesome free photoshop action i found.
