Only Joe

Despite being Bank Holiday Monday, there's not a lot of interest happening on the South Bank. This little chap grabbed my attention because he's possibly the youngest skateboarder I've seen under the RFH. A very determined little face he had and I thought, how much better to be out here battered and bruised than inside playing computer games.
