Four states, pick one.

On our return trip from our mountain summer we finally stopped here at Four Corners Monument on the Navajo reservation. We've been by here every summer for nearly 10 years and decided it was time. I'm pretty sure the last time was in 1976 when the kids were tots. B is staking her claim... sorry but this won't work here. This is the only spot in the USA where four states, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah and Colorado share a common border albiet a very small one. From Wikipedia. The monument also marks the boundary between two semi-autonomous native American governments, the Navajo Nation, which maintains the monument as a tourist attraction, and the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe Reservation.
The inscription where she straddles the states says, ""Four states here meet in freedom under God."
