Sirloin

I had a lovely day today. After a lie in i met up with my sister for a spot of retail therapy. It was good to have a proper catch up and a bonus to come away with a new top and lipstick.
I also treated myself to this steak for my tea. Not just any steak but an M&S steak and well worth the price difference. After being "good" for the past 3 or 4 weeks i'm kind of celebrating losing 7lbs (i did have salad with it so as not to get too carried away!) Only another 3 or 4 to go and i'll be happy.
Dare i push the boat out and have myself a crunchie with my cup of coffee??
