Conference of the Birds

This lovely pinkish-brown pigeon has been hanging around the pond for a couple of days. It has rings on its legs, and seems to be a racing pigeon. On closer inspection they discovered that some wing feathers had been chopped off. They phoned the bird conservation people who promised to help.
