My Frog

We hand reared this frog - in April we collected a handful of spawn and put it into a bucket to watch the transformation from black dot to tadpole to frog and also saw many of them hop out of the bucket to start their lives in our garden.

I was delighted to find this one, he's almost 6 months old. My Koi eat most of the eggs that the frogs lay, so although I am playing God a wee bit - I feel like I am giving the eco system a helping hand.
