Setting Up for End of the Fringe

A quick blip on the way home. The're building the sets for the entertainment for the big night on Sunday. The cones and signs are up too along George Street, the council are pretty quick in setting up the parking restrictions... they've got to make the money somehow after the tram fiascal.
