Hiding

I know this photo is slightly out of focus but I still wanted to choose it for today's entry.

This is Mo participating in one of her favourite pastimes, sitting on top of the neighbours shed bird watching. She has even been known to do a spot of tree climbing as well.

Cycling update - Today I managed to further my distance and completed an 18 mile bike ride in 2 hours and burnt 748 calories!
