Moved...

After over five days of chaos, we finally shifted and are set up. Ready to go to work now.

Still few boxes to unpack and organize. Pending work with the carpenter and some finishing touches will take us all the month and maybe more. Only when you shift do you realize the number of things you've stocked up and never looked back for until you decide to move. Near 8 yrs of staying in the previous apartment ended. The main reason for the move is to get close to work. My maid was in tears to lose a job of 6 yrs. Her options are less than mine and I didn't know how to console her. That apartment was the first and will always be close to mt heart.

But I'm glad we're finally done. This locality is a contrast to the previous one where life was slow and there were less distinction between the middle class and 'elite'.

Now for the new journey ... it will take a while before I'm comfortable.
