SPRING HAS SPRUNG

New things. It is appropriate that as my first post I find a picture that clearly represents something new!!

In our area of South Africa, the Wild Pear (Dombeya rotundifolia) is the first to flower as Spring sets in, filling the bush with beautiful white flowers.

I now know for sure that Winter is a thing of the past and Summer is fast approaching!!
