Comfort Food!

Today was such a grey weather day, very dull! I work shifts (mostly afternoons) as a Receptionist, so I try to eat my main meal at lunchtime. Today I made a sausage and tomato casserole and as you can see, half is left ready to put in the freezer!

It feels as if I'll be getting the slow cooker out soon ready to stock up for winter...
