Friend or Foe?

With technological advances we have so many opportunities to communicate and share in a good way with all the social sharing mediums. Yet it can also be used for harm, as with the recent riots.

We are also on call more with the use of mobile e-mail, when before you could switch off outside of work, you can feel guilty for not checking e-mails at 10 o'clock at night.

Having been at work all day and getting home in the dark and no opportunities for photos here is my work mobile with it's Kermit the Frog coloured cover so I don't lose it.

And yes, I have switched it off for the night.
