My neighbor has gone wild making sorbet from local in-season produce, and this afternoon she hosted a small tasting on her back patio. Five of us got to taste fifteen different flavors and rate the flavor, texture, aroma and color. This is peach, which was high on the scale. Other top raters included raspberry rose and blood orange. Oh, and triple chocolate, which isn't a local fruit, but there are always exceptions made for chocolate.
