Survivor!

The gales have wreaked havoc today, fallen trees across roads and railways, garden trampolines and garden sheds practising levitation, ferries cancelled, but the saddest story I heard today was a primary school with rain pouring through the roof following the theft of all the roof lead overnight. What a start to the new term.

I didn't go further than my back door which is where I found the last surviving sweet pea bravely facing the wind and rain.
