a very quick blip today... literally...

no chance to take pictures at work and then I've been running this evening. There was a really strong wind down at the beach, I managed to exfoliate my legs whilst running as the sand was blasting against them. Just as I was heading off the beach this chap was heading into the water, within seconds he was off and away...

The sky and the sea were both a dull grey today... and it's cold and blustery... THere's no way I'd go in that water...
