I can't begin to tell you my excitement when the Queen Elizabeth rolled into town this morning, I nearly missed it and was in a state of undress when I ran to the front door to catch my blip!

The Prinsendam and she started singing to each other with a chorus of ships horns, and Prinsendam which is only a wee cruise ship was positively dwarfed by the Queen.

I'm such a boat geek this made my day, might even by the Greenock Telgraph today for the lowdown on why she's here, how long she's staying and most importantly when she's passing my window again.
