Great Egret

In the distance at Narrabri Lake this afternoon, a Great Egret was parading around. It was a lovely warm day today, but by the afternoon, the wind had started to blow and the clouds started to roll in. There is a cool change expected tomorrow and for the weekend, probably the last one before the summer sets in for good. Here is Narrabri, we fall into summer very quickly, normally going straight up to 40 degrees C within days of a cold snap, so we will see if it holds true this year.
