Brownies in the making

This is chocolate brownie in the making. I read the Good Food Guide entry today. We were a customer recommendation which is a real honour in my opinion as you'd need a good few (not sure how many) recommendations before they enter you in the guide. There are only 22 entries in our county and some of them are really high profile with michelin stars.

Anyway, the mix above makes brownies like these.
