I managed to finish work at The Christie Hospital earlier than expected today.

On the way home on the train, I watched a few episodes of 'The Tudors' Series 4 - I love that series!

I also decided on what to cook for my tea and I picked up some pork medallions from Tesco. I sprinkled them with this Nando's peri-peri seasoning and had it with some left over orzo cooked with onions, peppers & roasted tomatoes. It was delicious!
