We bought these Shad from an indian fisherman , only problem was they hadn't been cleaned as yet!!!! All i can say is thank heavens H decided there and then she was over her squeamish side!!!! She gutted and deboned them, i couldn't even look, but when she was done they looked like something i'd buy from woolies!!!! YAY!!!!!!!
