Cowboys off to the races!

Took the hooligans off the a beach dog park after my morning run today being it was so lovely and all! Thought the change of scenery would do them and myself a world of good....and it did. The dogs had a blast ...Cowboy ran and ran and ran...Sadie took a more modified approach:) Here Cowboy has just blasted in with a come get me challenge and then took off! Lots of fun and he never got caught...except by me to take them both home.

Off to my pm run with a tuned up attitude today...the hooligans will rest at home with Pooters! (who may now get no rest with them home again)
