The Lock

I went for a run down the old canal path to the lock this morning, nice to get out in the fresh air and blow the cobwebs away (and 40 mins peace!)

I have one of those GPS Nike Plus running apps on the phone - absolutely brilliant, you can map your run, shows you your route, calories, distance, pace, etc - but best of all, you have a camera with you on your run. How did we manage before smartphones!?
