Appearances can be deceptive. Looks all prickly but actually quite soft when you get up close.

Forgot to say. Enormous congratulations to my cousin's husband. He's won Silver in his age group at the World Triathlon in Beijing! Also well done to my lovely cousin for putting up with what sounds to have been a relentless training schedule!
