Airport Sculptures

A very early start to get to airport in time for our trip home. Left the hotel at 6 am and took the train to the station using up all of our left over change in the ticket machines. Ours was the only international flight out in the morning so we had a calm passage through check-in and security.

The transfer at Seoul was very efficient (just as well as we only had 1.5 hrs between flights).

Plane journey from Seoul to Heathrow seemed never-ending. Watched 4 films, finished a book and started another. Little room to move in my middle seat and no vegetarian food available. They also turned all the lights out in the plane - not sure why (unless it was to keep us all quiet and asleep!).

Sad to be leaving but pleased to be on the way home.

Husband and son number one were at Heathrow to meet me - a lovely end to a great trip.
