A Sad Day

Police today are releasing very few details about the apparent suicide of one of America?s most beloved children?s icon. Calls to the local coroner?s office confirmed the fears of millions of children word-wide; and funeral arrangements for Mickey Mouse are, at this time, incomplete.
Many of the late cartoon character?s friends were interviewed following the release of the news of the passing, and all of them said they would try to go on as a tribute to their old friend. Each personality has something to say about the loss.

Ludwig Von Duck tried to go to the motive for the action. ?Mickey told me he was depressed over the failure of his romance with Minnie. It was an effort he had been making for the last fifty years and he was disappointed that no more than a few kisses ever came of it. Perhaps the straw that broke the camel?s back was when he found out that she had been feeling goofy for the last few months!?
