Zippy, where are you?

On level 3A of the car park, today. Where is everyone? Schools hols are over, I expected mayhem in the car park. I made a mental note this morning of the lower down level. And, this evening, here I was wondering where our Zippy was. (Short for zipp-ee-dee-doo-da by the way.) Zippy is the car.....
