Apple & Raisin Parcels

Even though there was some sun around today, it did feel very autumnal and was blowing a gale for most of the day.

This was probably why I really fancied a warming pudding this evening. So I made a version of the traditional apple pie.... just in individual portions.... with lots of raisins!
