Cut backs.

Today was a day at work, this is my desk, my pens my doodle, I have taken this because of the elastic band in the plastic wallet, The office requested elastic band from the Admin team, who supply our department with stationery that we need.

Now I know the company is facing cut backs, (like everyone else) but this is the extent of the bands they supplied us.
