CRASH

I saw this tonight on my way home,from work.The road had been held up with road works ,when this hapend.I got there as the guy on the bike was
getting up.I picked this blip because it coverd the number plate.The weather was good today ,but you could feel it was colder.Both the driver of the bike
and car was o.k. when I left.
