Stuffed Chicken

Oh man was this super yummy.

Tim has made dinner three nights straight. It kind of sucks that he has to work tomorrow so it will be back to eating what ever I can find for dinner.

Today we have had Valentine for 1 month. I can't believe that 1 month ago we were at Pound Buddies Rescue adopting her. I have seen her change so much in 1 month. For example... when Tim first brought her home she wouldn't go near the neighbors but know she runs over there just about every night to hang out and she doesn't eat like its her last meal anymore.

It's been cold here today and if it stays this cold I think winter might come early. lol jk
