Late night baking

Tonight i got a message to say my cousin and his wife have just had their first baby so welcome to the world Easton.

Tonights very late shot is of the biscuits and filling i have spent all night making....I dont do baking so this was a bit of an effort and it is aid of our shared Rugby World Cup lunch tomorrow at work, we all had to pick a country and make something traditional. I got Argentina and this is Alfajores and Dulce de Leche.
