I made the paper!

The newspaper came round on Tuesday to take some photos and ask questions. Today it came out and I was on page 3 with this photo and a nice article.

Total sweet menu overhaul tomorrow. Some good old classics will go on.

Bread and butter pudding with creme anglaise.
Apple crumble with blackberry compote and vanilla ice cream.
Chocolate fondant with pistachio ice cream.
Italian lemon tart with strawberry gelato.
Parfait of nougat glace with raspberry compote.
