The saying goes that there is no such thing as a free lunch. However we went to the casino, got a 2 course meal for 9.99 and got a £5 bet on the roulette, and a Cinema ticket worth £7. No catch. That would seem to be better than free. The fact that we lost the money on the roulette, and a bit more and bought a decent amount of drinks is by the by shurely.
Any way, the reason we were there is a friend won a ticket for the £150 freezout texas holdem game. The first prize money was about £3,500. He came eighth though in the end, just out of the money.
