Craigievar Castle

Went for a visit around Craigivar Castle today, which is fab and like something from a fairytale or a shakespearean play... I could live there even without electricity and with the ghosts...

The hotel where we're staying does a fab breakfast...

I had bacon, haggis, sausage, potato scone, poached egg, tomatoes, and toast... and .... fresh fruit, yoghurt and a danish pastry... you may gather that I am a big fan of breakfast... although after that lot we completely skipped lunch and went straight to afternoon cake...

We had a beautiful sunny morning, but then it poured down again this afternoon.. I was in search of an illusive red squirrel picture, but had to admit defeat as the camera was getting too soggy even in its plastic bag wrapper... then driving back to the hotel.. two little red fiends tried to run in front of the car... typical.. more squirrel watch will take place tomorrow...
