wedding celebrations

Had a ball at Melissa and Patrick's wedding. The service, conducted by my uncle Henry, was great. I don't know if there was a dry eye in the house!

The marquee setting was class and the food delicious - smoked salmon starter, roast beef for main (each table had a designated beef carver!) and apple tart and ice cream for afters.

The world champion under 18 pipers who appeared later in the evening rounded off the night to perfection. Oh, and the ceilidh dancing had everyone up on their feet too...at one point during a particular rousing rendition of strip the willow, my phone flung out of my pocket and across the dance floor. There's not much you can do in the middle of a ceilidh apart from hope that it'll be OK!
