Note to self: one gel and 20 oz. of water is not enough for an 18-mile run. Take more next time. My run today ended up being split up thanks to lack of proper planning, but at least I still got the full 18 miles in, even if I only ran 12, then finished the last 6 miles four hours later on my treadmill.
