Cauliflower in Black and White

I'm glad we didn't eat this cauliflower because I had to blip it by itself, close up! Since I started blipping I've only done one other black and white, but it seemed to show off the beautiful pattern and details of this Romanesco cauliflower ( thanks Artist Annie for naming it) the best!
