I do a fair whack of freelancing a few miles up the road, so after a few trail runs the other week decided to peddle myself up the two very short but knackeringly steep hills every day (or at least the majority of days) from now on in my attempts to lose the moobs. bit gutted this pic makes me look chunkier than I really am, but there you go.
