Courgette and Ricotta Tart

Knocked this up this afternoon.

Doesn't really fit with mum and dad's diet as there is a large amount of cheese, but it tastes pretty good, if I do say so myself.

My brother's comment on eating said dish, "You should be a housewife. Don't go back to uni, stay here and make me meals."

I prefer the title househusband thanks.
