Fish Supper

One of these fish was carefully filleted and had its guts removed by a professional fishmonger. The other was hacked at by me. Can you tell?

We got our fish out this evening to bake only to find one of them was totally whole. With its guts intact.

So I had a go myself. ( after calling my dad for instructions )
