Equality and Diversity

Today was spent on a Equality and Diversity course. I've previously done this course but all managers have been put through a refresher course ahead of our move to our new store next week.

Since I last did the course I can now add tattoo's, union membership, Political Party membership and my receding hair line to the list of things that can't be held against me when going for promotions or applying for various roles within the company or society in general.
