What Lies Behind

The weekend got off to a smashing start with the ripping out of an alcove for something a bit more practical. I was most curious to see what lies behind a familiar feature which is the first thing you see when you open the front door. The old decor did not disappoint with some wonderful puke green skirting board and some pale tedious wallpaper :-) Can anyone date it?

So an indoor shot today after the previous outdoor shot. Weather forecast is good tomorrow and the golf course is all set up for competition next week so there may be something there to Blip.

Better crack on with the DIY this weekend, once these things get left for a bit they get left for a long time...
