Fog or is it Mist?

This is the view from my bedroom window at 07:00 this morning, so much for having a lie in! Could not resist running downstairs to fetch the camera and take a few shots of the sunrise with the fog/mist. On a normal day I see the working chalk pit with marshland in front but as you can see today the marsh is covered with fog/mist. Maybe I will blip it another day so I can compare the two.
